Return & Refund Policy


At Eyemoody, we want to make sure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy. Please read the following policy carefully.

Return Refund Policy
If your order has been processed and you wish to return items, please follow the below guidelines:
Contact our customer service at support@eyemoody.com within 14 days of receiving the package (according to the tracking information).
The returned items must be unopened and in good condition. We do not accept items that are damaged, opened, used, or expired.
Provide us with your detailed order information, including contact info, tracking number, and reasons for return.
Send back the returned items to the designated address within 7 days after confirming with customer service.
Upon receiving the returned items, we would check their condition. If the condition meets the above requirements, we would refund within 10 business days.

Return/Exchange Fee
The original shipping cost and any possible customs duty & tariff associated with the order are not refundable.
It is the customers' responsibility to cover the return/exchange shipping cost.

Notice
Please check the items for any damage or wrong color before you open them.
Each order has only one after-sale privilege.
Items with BLIND in the item title are fully eye-obscuring and we state this in the item description. We will not replace, return, or refund any item if it is because they are blocking the view.
Replace, return, or refund is not available if the color or power is not what you expect/want when the product is correct or the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes.

Return/Refund Process
Please follow the below steps to process your return/refund
Email us at support@eyemoody.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
Place the item(s) in the original packing.
Drop off your package at your carrier.
Please provide the tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.
Once we receive the returned parcel, we will check the parcel's condition and handle the refund to your account in accordance with the return conditions.

Disclaimer
For orders containing multiple items, we may split your order into several packages based on actual inventory availability. Thank you for your understanding.

We strive for every customer to receive their purchased items promptly. However, if a customer orders the wrong items which they were not supposed to, we will not be responsible for any refund/exchange requests arising from this.

We hope every customer receives their packages for any special occasions, however, we can not assure this. So we encourage customers to place orders in advance to ensure enough time to receive their items.

All packages reported as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered delivered. In such cases, if you have not received the package, we will not issue a refund or resend the package.

In the event that delivery issues arise due to insufficient/incomplete address in the shipping address provided by the customer, our store reserves the right to withhold refunds. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that accurate and complete address information is provided during the checkout process. We recommend reviewing and confirming the shipping details carefully to avoid any potential delivery complications. Refunds will not be granted for orders affected by incorrect customer-provided addresses.
