Eyemoody prioritizes customer health and complies with the FCLCA (Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act) regulations in the US. We verify prescriptions before selling lenses, ensuring they match the customer's information (US Region).
You voluntarily provide your own prescription representing you authorized us to read your prescription. We abide by the HIPAA Privacy Rule to ensure the security of your prescription information with respect. After checking the consistency, we will process your order as soon as possible and remove the prescriptions we receive. Thank you for trusting Eyemoody.


How does the verification process work?
The verification process works like this: you provide us with your prescription information, your prescriber's name and contact information (e.g., email or phone number), and we will communicate directly with your prescriber to verify your prescription.
Your prescriber has 8 business hours to respond. The verification process takes up to 8 business hours and if no response is received from your prescriber, your contact lens prescription will be considered valid and your order will be processed and shipped.
You may submit a valid copy (photo/scanned document) of your prescription in one of the following two options:
send the photo/scanned document to our support email: support@eyemoody.com with your name and order number in the email.

What if I don't have a contact lens prescription?
Visibly can help you find a doctor near you to schedule a test, please send us a copy of your prescription once you receive it.
