At Eyemoody, we want to make sure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy. Please read the following policy carefully.
Return Refund Policy
If your order has been processed and you wish to return items, please follow the below guidelines:
Contact our customer service at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the package (according to the tracking information).
The returned items must be unopened and in good condition. We do not accept items that are damaged, opened, used, or expired.
Provide us with your detailed order information, including contact info, tracking number, and reasons for return.
Send back the returned items to the designated address within 7 days after confirming with customer service.
Upon receiving the returned items, we would check their condition. If the condition meets the above requirements, we would refund within 10 business days.
The original shipping cost and any possible customs duty & tariff associated with the order are not refundable.
It is the customers' responsibility to cover the return/exchange shipping cost.
Please check the items for any damage or wrong color before you open them.
Each order has only one after-sale privilege.
Replace, return, or refund is not available if the color is not what you expect/want when the product is correct or the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
Place the item(s) in the original packing.
Drop off your package at your carrier.
Please provide the tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.
Once we receive the returned parcel, we will check the parcel's condition and handle the refund to your account in accordance with the return conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above guidelines.
